Shawn Foltz
Managing Director epay Australia

Shawn Foltz joined epay as Managing Director of epay Australia in July 2011. Shawn is also current Vice President, epay Operations, Americas/APAC. With over ten years of experience in the financial services industry & four years with in the epay company, Shawn brings to the Australian market a invaluable wealth of global industry knowledge. Prior to joining epay, Shawn was responsible for Product/Program Management, Business Development and Operational Management at H&R Block. Shawn earned his MBA from Baker University. Shawn has been instrumental in ripping out manual process and positioning our backoffice for scale. He has driven us to implement world class tools in the areas of CRM, Customer Service, Project Management, Product Deployment, and Account Management.

 

 

 

 

Lee Barnsley
Sales & Director

Lee joined epay as Sales and Marketing Director in 2010. Prior to working for epay, Lee was the Group General Manager Sales and Marketing for McMillan Print Group − providing various print management and logistics solutions to major blue chip companies across Asia. Over a 10 year period, Lee was responsible for the significant growth and retention of print management sales for the Group. Lee’s previous experience has held Senior Sales and Marketing roles within companies such as KPMG Consulting, Print Synergy and Moore Business Systems.

 

 

 

 

Matt Blayney
Product Sales Director

Matt Blayney joined epay January 2008 as Business Development Manager and is responsible for new product sales & content acquisition. Prior to working at epay, Matt has managed business development functions for iPrimus in the UK, and International sales for an leading Asia Pacific software company, AVT in Hong Kong. Most recently Matt has managed the corporate business development for Chilli Internet Solutions where his focus was providing wireless internet connectivity solutions to customers like KPMG, Fuji Xerox, Goodman International and Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority. He holds a BCom (Economics and Finance).

 

 

 

 

 

Greg Wadley
Operations Director

Greg joined epay as Operations Manager in 2006 and has recently been appointed as our Operations Director. He brought with him several years experience in diverse technical support and logistics management, which has continued to develop in our busy Operations Department. Army trained with an inherent desire for organisation, he’s been working behind the scenes with his dedicated team to keep up with the rapid growth of epay and the equally dynamic prepaid market ever since. He’s ultimately responsible for the management of our extensive fleet of core operational assets, ensuring continuity of supply of the enormous range of ‘virtual’ PIN stock we sell through our retailer network, operational logistics, project management, integrated partner solutions and supplier relationships together with the coordination and management of associated tasks carried out in other parts of the globe, such as Customer Service and IT Support. “It’s a challenging and ever-changing role, however with such a great team in support we somehow manage to keep up and still have fun!” says Greg.
