Grant Sheppard
Managing Director Australia and New Zealand
           
Grant joined epay Australia and New Zealand in 2006 as Development Director with responsibility for Operations, Product Development and Marketing.  Prior to joining epay he held management positions in News Corporation companies in both Australia and the UK.  Grant has a strong background in media, telecommunications and payment processing and prior to entering retail payment services had successfully developed and launched interactive and marketing media businesses and was the Solutions and Marketing Director for Dialect Solutions a global internet payments processor.

Tyrone Hazell
CFO Asia Pacific

Ty joined Euronet as Finance Director for epay Australia and New Zealand in 2001. Prior to Euronet, Ty was CFO for Categoric Software, an alerting venture capital software company with operations in Europe and the US. He was a member of the main board, introduced financial infrastructure throughout the group and was involved in the company obtaining its largest venture capital funding.  Prior to Categoric Software, he was Finance Director for Initial Security (London region), part of the Rentokil Initial PLC group. During his two year tenure, he completely restructured the business turning the region from one of the worst performing to one of the best.


 

 

 

 

 

 

Simon Docherty
Sales and Marketing Director Asia Pacific           

Simon joined epay in 2001 when it was a privately held startup company. Having held Marketing and Business Development roles within epay he became Sales and Marketing Director in 2005 and has overseen double digit company growth in each year of his tenure. Simon has 15 years of electronic payments, telecommunications and retail execution experience.  In the early stages of his career he held management positions with Coca Cola Amatil in both Sales and Marketing. Simon then moved to join a fast growing Vodafone Australia in their newly launched prepaid mobile division, before making the move to epay. His international experience has seen him develop the Indian prepaid market for Euronet, as well as assist in a number of other markets in the Asian region. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canberra.
