With the New Year upon us, we thought it was the most appropriate time to highlight some of the important things you should know about your e-pay terminal and the range of products that are available through the machine.
Getting Smart about your e-pay terminal can help you save time! It can help you with end of day reconciliation, finding products on your terminal and avoiding situations such as fraud.
Firstly we advise that you set up individual logon codes for all of your staff. This enables you to monitor the transactions each staff member makes. This facility is already available on your terminal and can be set up by calling our 24 hour customer service line on 1300 301 408.
The e-pay terminal has an abundance of prepaid products that you may not be aware of. Our website
www.epayaust.com.au is a great way for you to look through our product range so that you and your staff are aware of the wide variety of products you can sell to your customers. To add any of these products to your menu, simply call your Account Manager on (02) 8297 2888.
Our Terminal also has a training mode option, you can take your staff members through the product menu’s at any time, during training days, staff inductions or general down time.
To activate the training mode follow the below steps:
- Press Menu
- Enter Admin code (is different to your sales code)
- Select ‘admin functions’
- Choose 3 – set ‘training mode’
